There is no dispute in this case that the loan amount of petitioner was closed and No Objection Certificate was given by the Bank to petitioner on 3.12.2015.
Shri Gyanendra Pratap Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner submits that after the receiving of No Objection Certificate by petitioner, fresh recovery proceedings was initiated and Recovery Citation was issued by the Revenue Authorities against him, to which, he has paid an amount of Rs.18,960/- on 3.6.2017.
Learned counsel further submits that respondent - Bank has taken excess amount of Rs.44,916/-, however, learned counsel for petitioner has miserably failed to show how aforesaid figure has come up as there is no document in support of his submission that Recovery Citation was issued after the No Objection Certificate was granted. Pleadings are vague and there is no supportive document in support of the prayers made by petitioner.
Considering that there is absolutely no basis for the prayers made in this writ petition, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
In view of above, this writ petition sans merit and, is accordingly, dismissed.
