By means of this petition petitioner is virtually questioning the appointment made more than 2 to 3 decades back. None of the petitioner's individual right is infringed. Petition is alleged in the nature of public interest. Law is settled that a public interest litigation is ordinarily not entertained in service matters.
Writ Petition accordingly is not liable to be entertained and is dismissed.
