1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Vijay Raj Pal who has filed memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1. Mr. Sachindra Upadhyay appears for the respondents No. 2 and 3.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the Petitioner had worked as Class - IV employee since 03.03.1979 till 31.08.2015 when he retired. His services for the period 03.03.1979 to 16.03.1998 has not been counted for the purpose of calculation of final pension. He represented to the respondent No. 2 in this regard and also submitted a certificate of his past services at Jalandhar, also at Phagwara. The certificates so submitted by the petitioner were forwarded to the respondent No. 2 also but no action has been taken by the respondent No. 2 in this regard.
3. One of the representations filed by the petitioner to the respondents No. 2 and 3 has been filed as Annexure - 6 to this writ petition.
4. Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in his representation and then pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
