Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition is filed by the petitioner for quashing the chargesheet no.247 of 2018 dated 28.3.2018 and proceedings of Special Case No.455 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No.254 of 2018, u/s 138(1)B Electricity Act, 2003, P.S.- Ajitmal, District- Auraiya, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge/Special Judge, NT Dakaiti, Auraiya.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter is compoundable and he would be filing an application for compounding within two weeks from today.
In view thereof, in case such a compounding application is filed within two weeks from today, the Court below shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
For a period of eight weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
