Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satyendra Nath Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5.
The respondents filed an appeal against an order which was passed in mutation proceedings. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the filing of the appeal the order passed in the mutation case was not being implemented.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal/Case No. T20160544011313 (Kaushar Jahan Vs. Muneshar & others) under Section 32(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Padrauna, District Kushinagar be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
