The grievance of the petitioner is that Case No.T202014290200794 (State vs. Prem Narayan Rai), u/s 67K of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending before respondent authorities and the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the abovementioned case is pending and has not been decided till date, the same would be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order and affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, objections if, any, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from today, provided there is no legal impediment.
