The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to respondent no.4, Presiding Officer, Labour court, Allahabad to decide Misc. Case No.54 of 2011 under Section 33-C (2) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 read with Section 6-H (2) of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for recording of oral evidence of the workmen.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the fourth respondent to conclude the proceedings expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
