Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing to respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.T201815510203674(Prem Lata Versus Suresh) under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation application filed in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to endeavour to decide the mutation application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
