JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned standing counsel has accepted notice for opposite parties no.1 and 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned standing counsel.
By filing this writ petition the petitioner has prayed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Mukhya Sewika within the stipulated period.
In view of relief claimed by the petitioner I am of the view that the interim order is not required at this stage.
Learned standing may file counter affidavit within four weeks. The petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
List in the month of August, 2014 for hearing.
In the meantime, opposite party no.1 may decide the representation of the petitioner.
