1. This petition has been filed with a prayer for a writ of mandamus commanding and directing the concerned respondents to remove/demolish illegal encroachments/ construction from the Land in Gata No.1231/1.480 htr and 1234/.395 htr recorded as general Abadi in the name/Khata of the Gram Sabha Chhotkawa Khera, Mazare Ichouli, Pargana Bachhrawan, Tehsil Maharajganj, Raebareli.
2. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings either under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 or under Section 133 Cr.P.C. as he may be advised and permitted under the law.
3. If such recourse has been undertaken by the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to decide the case in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
