Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to dispose the case no. 3135/1272, which is pending since 26.4.2018.
From perusal of record, it is apparent that no effective hearing has been done till date and the proceeding for mutation under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act, 1901.
Under these circumstances, respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj is directed to decide the case no. 3135/1272 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
