Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA.
The limited relief pressed for by means of this petition is to issue a direction to the respondent no.2 / Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi to ensure that the investigation is completed in Case Crime No.531 of 2017, under sections 279, 338, 304 'A' of Indian Penal Code, P.S.-Sarai Akil , District-Kaushambi within a fixed time frame.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 (Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi) to ensure that fair investigation is conducted and concluded in the offences, referred to above, in accordance to law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
