Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to revisional authority to decide the revision application of the petitioner dated 24.5.2018 pursuant to provisions of Rule 23 of U.P. Subordinate Officers (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1991 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the revisional authority to decide the aforesaid revision, if it is pending consideration, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
