1. Heard Shri Adarsh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Raj Baksh Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State through video conferencing.
2. This petition has been filed for the following main reliefs:
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 20, Barabanki to decide the Regular Suit No. 109/2021, Prem Chandra Vs. Dharmendra and others, expeditiously in the interest of justice.
(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction directing all the parties to maintain status quo on the property in question."

3. The petitioner filed Regular Suit No. 109 of 2021 on 22.02.2021 in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No. 20, Barabanki. The court below passed the orders on 22.02.2021 fixing 12.03.2021. Thereafter 26.03.2021, 13.04.2021 and 21.05.2021 were the date fixed on which dates also the court below passed the orders, which have been annexed along with the petition.
4. Considering the prevailing circumstances due to Covid-19 pandemic reasons, as also that the suit has recently been instituted just few months back, no case for issuance of any direction to the court for expeditious disposal of the suit is made out. The relief, as prayed, cannot be granted to the petitioner at this point of time.
5. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the court concerned for early disposal of his application for grant of temporary injunction, if so advised. If any such application is filed the learned court below will make all endeavours to expeditiously consider and decide the application for grant of temporary injunction.
6. The petition is dismissed but with the aforesaid observations.
