Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vivek Saran appearing for the respondent Corporation.
It is the grievance of the petitioner that he was working as Conductor on a contractual basis in the office of Assistant Regional Manager, U.P. State Road Transport Depot at Hamirpur. He was transferred by an order of the Regional Manager passed on 13.06.2017 to join at Rath Depot. When he went to joint at Rath Depot, he has not being permitted to join. He reported back to Hamirpur where he was again not permitted to join.
He has made a representation with regard to his grievance to the respondent no. 3, Regional Manager, Chitrakoot Dham Region, U.P.S.R.T.C., Banda on 02.07.2018.
Shri Vivek Saran who appears for the respondents has stated that according to oral instructions, certain formalities had to be completed by the petitioner which have not been completed. He is only a contractual Conductor.
In any case the petitioner has already made a representation on 02.07.2018 to the respondent no. 3 and he may be directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
