Submission is that everywhere name of Sri Satendra Kumar Dhaka has been written as opposite party, District Basic Education Officer except on contempt application wherein by mistake the name of Sri Radha Kishan Tiwari has wrongly been mentioned as opposite party.
From perusal of record, I find that the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is correct. Accordingly, he is permitted to correct the name on the contempt application during the course of the day.
Office is directed to proceed accordingly and correct the name of opposite party as Sri Satendra Kumar Dhaka in place of Sri Radha Kishan Tiwari.
