JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 37
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 42031 of 2019 Petitioner :- Prem Chand Chaturvedi Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Praveen Kumar,Sanjeev Kumar Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Abhinava Upadhya,J. Hon'ble Ravi Nath Tilhari,J.
Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
It appears that the petitioner has made a complaint against Respondent No.5 upon which certain inquiries also stated to have been conducted but no further action has been taken against Respondent No.5 and, therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition stating that upon his complaint proceedings have been initiated but they are not being concluded or taken to its logical end.
In our considered view, the petitioner once have made complaint to the authority, his role is over. He cannot be allowed to come to High Court and invoke the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the petitioner is neither a person aggrieved nor any of his fundamental right is stated to be violated.
The writ petition is totally misconceived and it is dismissed.
