Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Agra to decide the Application for ad-interim Injunction dated 7/9-12-2019 (Paper No. 10-C) and application for deputing Survey Commissioner dated 25-08-2020 (Paper No. 20-C) filed in Original Suit No. 1663 of 2019 (Shri Prem Bihari Kulshresth vs. U.P. State and another) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Agra to consider and decide the aforesaid applications in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
