The applicant states that on account of non deposit of money in time, the court has rejected his application for accepting the money, but though matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation centre of the court below, the applicant submits that this application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move appropriate application in the pending application under Section 482 no. 21821 of 2018.
The application is therefore dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to aforesaid liberty.
