It is submitted that the compliance affidavit has been filed on 24.02.2020.
Upon perusal of the order of the writ Court it is apparent that the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar to expedite the hearing of the case and conclude the same expeditiously, filed under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act.
In view of the compliance affidavit of the Tehsildar, since the order of the writ Court has been complied with, no cause survives to maintain this application.
Notices issued, if any, stand discharged.
The contempt application is consigned to records.
