In view of the certain subsequent events, Shri Himanshu Singh, Advocate holding brief of Shri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
