Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the withdrawal application.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner from June 2018 as well as month to month salary and for a direction to fourth respondent not to pressurise the petitioner to vacate the allotted residential quarter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of retention of official accommodation the salary of the petitioner has not been released and as such the present petition has been filed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has vacated the official accommodation and as such his salary may be released.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves appropriate application ventilating his grievances before the authority concerned within one week, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
