Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 490 of 2006 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that the matter is pending at the stage of consideration of application 108 Ga and on the last date, the matter had to be adjourned on account of lawyer's strike.
It is not clear from the order-sheet that the matter is at the final stage of arguments.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
However, considering that the suit is of the year 2006, it is provided that, in absence of any legal impediment, the trial court shall endeavour to bring the suit proceedings to its logical conclusion, without entertaining unnecessary adjournment.
