Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the impugned orders dated 28.4.2015 and 15.7.2015.
Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has got alternative efficacious remedy to file a revision against the impugned order.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and finds that against the impugned order once efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, then there is no reason or occasion to intervene in the matter.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
