JUDGMENT / ORDER

BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES Mrs.Swati Soparkar, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in Paragraph No.1 of the common order dated 21.12.2012 passed in Company Petition No.228 to 231 of 2012 words read with Sections 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 has been inserted because of inadvertent error, as such the petitions referred only to Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 .
Considering the aforesaid, it appears that words read with Sections 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 be treated as deleted.
Rest of the order remains as it is.
Note stands disposed of accordingly.
