Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present special appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the judgement and order dated 18.07.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 59268 of 2007.
On perusal of the material on record, it is evident that the dispute is with regard to the payment of salary to employees of Prayag Sangeet Samiti Allahabad who were also restrained from discharging their duties. On several occasions, efforts have been made for the settlement of the dispute between the charges.
During the course of arguments, Sri A.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 informed the Court that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. Thus, no cause of actions survives in the matter.
This appeal lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
