Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the respondents.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that respondent no. 3, Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Jaunpur, is constructing a road in between two plots of the petitioner.
Admittedly, the road is being constructed on a public land and the petitioner is not at all concerned with the land on which the road is constructed for the utility of public at large.
No case for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
