JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
RULE.
Considering the issues involved in the matter and provisions under Section 197 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Record and Proceedings are required to be called for.
Learned advocate Mr. Buch for the applicants states that the papers relating to C.R. I No.5 of 1997 lodged with Bhensan Police Station may be called for in the present proceedings.
Hence, Record and Proceedings and the papers of C.R. I No.5 of 1997 are ordered to be called for, so as to reach this Court on or before 25.4.2012. The matter be listed for hearing on 1.5.2012.
