This application is preferred to implead respondent No.6 to 9 as party respondents. Learned advocate Mr. Trivedi appearing for Nanavati and Nanavati Associates has no objection as to the impleadment of respondent No.6 as party respondent and learned advocate Ms. Jani appears for respondents No.7 to 9.
After hearing both the sides, these party respondents are being permitted to be impleaded as respondents in the main petition and necessary amendment shall be carried out in the Special Civil Application No.14813 of 2011. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
Issue notice to the newly impleaded party respondents returnable on 2.7.2012.
