[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. It is jointly submitted by learned advocates for the respective parties that if necessary direction is given to Trial Court to dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.304 of 2006 within stipulated time, then, they do not invite any reasoned order. It is further submitted by learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that if interim relief granted by this Court (Coram :M.R.Shah, J.) is Civil Application No.12346 of 2007 is continued till final disposal of the Suit, they would not have any objection.
[2] Under the circumstances, interim relief granted by this Court (Coram : M.R.Shah, J.) by order dated 10.07.2008 in Civil Application No.12346 of 2007 is hereby continued till final disposal of suit.
[3] Learned Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.304 of 2006 in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of present order.
[4] In view of above, both the Appeals from Order are disposed of.
