Pravinkumar vs State

Heard learned advocate Mr. PP Majmudar for the applicant. It appears that the complainant has produced documentary evidence with regard to the amount advanced to the accused but the Trial Court found the evidence not acceptable.

In view of the above, leave to appeal is granted.
