(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Heard learned counsel for the applicants Mr.K.M.Antani and learned counsel Mr.Dipak Patel for respondent No.1. It is pointed that none had appeared even at the time of admitting the appeal for respondent Nos.2 and 4. Ms.Krina Calla appears for respondent No.6.
Considering the grounds mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed by condoning the delay in bringing the heirs of applicant No.1/2. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the heirs of applicant No.1/2. The cause title of the appeal be amended accordingly. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
