(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present appellant- original accused has filed the present appeal being aggrieved by judgement and order dated 30 th March 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.11, Ahmedabad in Sessions Case No.92 of 2011. Heard learned advocate Mr.Madansingh O. Barod for the appellant, who has submitted that the learned Judge has committed error in recording conviction. He invited attention of the Court to the relevant paras, wherein the learned Judge has appreciated the evidence.
