Heard Mr. Prajapati, learned advocate for petitioner.
Having regard to the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, Rule.
So far as interim relief is concerned, the Court is of the view that since three concurrent orders are against the petitioner any interim relief does not deserve to be granted. Furthermore, if interim relief as prayed for is granted, it would amount to granting relief of final nature at interlocutory stage.
Mr. Prajapati, learned Advocate for petitioner has submitted that he does not press his request for interim relief.
In view of the facts of the case, request for expediting the final hearing is not accepted at this stage.
