JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of present application, present applicant-convict has prayed to grant parole of 10 days through jail for performing Jiyana ceremany of his nephew.
Learned APP Mr. L.B.Dabhi has opposed the application and submitted that earlier on two occasions, the convict has not surrendered in time, therefore, this application deserves to be rejected.
I have perused the papers produced on record. There being no cogent reason to exercise the discretion in favour of the applicant-convict, this application is rejected.
