1. By order dtd.9/3/2012 this Court directed the Registry to call for fresh report from the learned trial court as well as the learned Principal District Judge, Surat as to why the suits are not decided and disposed of till date.
2. It appears from the record that no such report is on the record of the present Civil Revision Application. Under the circumstances, Registrar (Judicial) is hereby directed to look into the matter and submit the report as to why a fresh report, as ordered by this Court, is not received from the learned trial court as well as the learned Principal District Judge, Surat and whether any such report was called for by the concerned officers of the registry or not and whether such a fresh report is in fact received by the registry or not. Registrar (Judicial) to submit the report before this Court on or before 3/4/2012. S.O. to 3/4/2012.
