1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct the respondents to decide the Appeal preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard learned advocates appearing for both the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to decide the Appeal pending before them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. With the above observation and directions, the present petition stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
