Heard learned advocate Mr. V.K.Shah for the petitioners and learned advocate Mr. A.H.Shah appearing for the respondent.
On instructions, learned advocate Mr. V.K.Shah for the petitioners - original defendant nos. 1 to 3 has submitted that the petitioners will not transfer the suit property and maintain status quo till next date.
In view of above submission, Notice returnable on 18th January, 2013. Learned advocate Mr. A.H.Shah waives service of notice on behalf of respondent.
The Trial Court is directed not to proceed further with the matter till the next date.
