The applicant's counsel has very fairly submitted that application for parole leave is already preferred and pending before the District Magistrate.

In view of this, this petition is not entertained, at this stage. The applicant be at liberty to approach the Court, in case of any negative result. At the same time, the concerned authority is hereby directed to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.

Direct service today, is permitted.
