Mr.Amin, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated at the bar that as the main application under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been withdrawn by the respondent No.2 - wife, present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Interim Relief granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
