(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The convict is present party in person and prays for extension of time for 60 days so as to redeem his agricultural land which is mortgaged by document dated 18th July 2006 for a period of six years.
By order dated 18th May 2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.6669 of 2012, the convict was ordered to be released on temporary bail for 30 days. The convict submits that as mortgage is expire on 18th July 2012 his presence is required.
2. It being only 20th June 2012, it is deemed proper that the convict shall surrender to the Jail authorities and make fresh application for 18th July 2012. This application is rejected.
