Pravin vs State

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as well as under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code as also under Section 321 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Learned counsel, Mr.Sachiv Vasavada under the instructions of client seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
