Pravin vs State

It is submitted by learned APP on instructions that as per grievance raised by the convict prisoner, authority has calculated the actual dates by which applicant convict prisoner remained in jail.

Report dated 26.03.2012 submitted by the learned APP is ordered to be taken on record. It is also submitted that this fact is conveyed to the convict prisoner.

In view of above, the application is rejected.
