JUDGMENT / ORDER

Applicant has filed this Application for temporary bail for 30 days for preparing the denture.
Heard learned APP for the respondent - State. I have also perused the papers produced before me.
This is not the ground to release the applicant for temporary bail. Such type of treatment is also available in the Dental Hospital at Civil Hospital compound. If the applicant wishes to prepare the denture then he may request the Jail Authority for the same.
Accordingly, this application for temporary bail is not required to be considered. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
