Mr.Pujari, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application has been made by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the engagement of his sister. It appears that he was released on the same ground on 15.05.2012 to 21.05.2012. The ground stated of the death of aunty is not inspiring any confidence and even if it is, the same was on 30.04.2012 and the applicant was released on 15.05.2012 onwards.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore the present application is not entertained. Hence rejected. Rule discharged.
