Pravin vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|14 May, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 Present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking Parole Leave for a period of 30 days so as to arrange for the fees and to engage an advocate for filing appeal before the Honorable the Apex Court.
2.0 The reason seems to be an engineered one inasmuch as his appeal was dismissed by this Court on 29th September 2009. Thereafter, from 6th November 2010 to 19th November 2010, 11th February 2011 to 15th February 2011, 27th July 2011 to 9th August 2011 and 21st October 2011 to 5th November 2011, he was out of jail. If at all he wanted to arrange for the fees and engage an advocate for filing an appeal, he could have done. Therefore, as the ground mentioned in the application is found to be not genuine, the application is rejected.
