with the joint request of the parties the petition is permitted tobe disposed of in the following terms:
The order passed by the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Junagarh, in Civil Misc. Application No. 40 of 2011 shall continue till the disposal of the Regular Civil Suit No. 105 of 2009 pending before the Joint Senior Civil Judge, Junagarh. The suit since has been directed tobe expedited, the said order also consequently gets confirmed. The trial court shall expeditiously proceed with the matter and dispose of the same at the earliest but not later than 12 months from this order.
With above observation the petition stands disposed of.
