Learned APP places on record a communication dated 27.01.2012 received from the office of the Central Jail, Ahmedabad along with copy of fax received from Superintendent, Thane Central Prison, Thake, Maharashtra to Superintendent, Ahmedabad Central Prison, State of Gujarat. At Item No.6 in the said communication, it is mentioned that at 'Vellere' Police Station C.R. No.44 of 2007 for offence under Sections 394 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code is registered against the present applicant.
The matter requires inquiry /investigation.
Learned APP prays for time to see that proper inquiry is made.
