Today, the contemnor/respondent is present and submitted that in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.04.2016 made in R.MALA,J.
Kj Crl.O.P.No.8167 of 2016, a charge sheet has been filed on 14.05.2016 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.513 of 2017 on the file of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. He has tendered an unconditional apology for not filing the charge sheet within the stipulated time and he has also filed a counter affidavit to that effect.
