JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
By means of present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report bearing FIR/Crime No.0058 of 2021, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station- Mohanganj, District- Amethi.
On a bare perusal of the contents of the First Information Report, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out, we, therefore, are not inclined to interfere in the matter. It is open for the petitioner to avail remedies under Sections- 438/439 Cr.P.C., as may be permissible and available in law.
With these observations, we dismiss this petition.
